About the Role
This role is responsible for assisting with various warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and moving materials, while adhering to quality and safety standards in a pharmaceutical setting.
Responsibilities
- Inspect carriers/trailers of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Escort drivers within the facility.
- Receive and unload freight, checking for damaged goods and verifying items and quantities against documentation.
- Move materials for sampling, inspection, and status label changes.
- Assist in moving materials from Quarantine to Released or Rejected areas.
- Assist in dispensing activities for Packaging and Raw materials.
- Pick materials from Released inventory following GMP rules.
- Complete necessary documentation entries.
- Deliver materials to specified warehouse locations.
- Maintain assigned areas in a clean and orderly state, performing minor cleaning as needed.
- Comply with quality management system, cGMP policies, documentation, record keeping, and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Management.
Requirements
- Two to three years of direct work experience in warehousing.
- Preference for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing.
- Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.

- Ability to perform accurate documentation

- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work in a generic pharmaceutical warehouse setting
- Physical ability, coordination, skills, and judgment necessary to operate material handling equipment safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
