About the Role
Join the Avis Budget Group team at airport rental counters, where you'll help customers and earn commission. This role is in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your sales skills and service mindset directly impact customer satisfaction and earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Renting vehicles and promoting products and services at airport rental counters.
- Processing rental contracts.
- Actively listening to customer needs.
- Recommending products and services that enhance the customer's travel experience.
- Upselling using a consultative approach.
- Delivering professional, friendly service to build trust and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfort with recommending products and services based on customer needs.
- Flexibility to work all shifts.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
- 6 months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
