About the Role
Aspen Dental empowers dental hygienists as trusted oral health providers with the autonomy to assess, recommend, and educate patients in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology and comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
- Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations
- Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
- Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
- Must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program
- Ability to provide and review Motor Vehicle Record at any time, according to state requirements
