About the Role
Supports daily field operations and contributes to achieving departmental goals. Facilitates communication among field teams and trade partners, promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment. Reinforces adherence to safety and quality standards and contributes to accurate project documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals, fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance.
- Supervises daily site activities and applies sound judgment in implementing quality control measures, resolving routine issues and supporting solutions to unique field challenges.
- Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
- Monitors accurate daily logs and progress reports to document project activities and issues.
- Communicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership, enabling timely resolution of challenges.
- Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a culture of accountability.
- Supports field teams in addressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.

- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Salary/Compensations
- $135,000.00- $170,000.00
