About the Role
Join Hollywood Bowl Group as a Team Member, where you will be at the center of the customer's journey, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring an enjoyable, excellent value-for-money experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at reception
- Host parties on the lanes
- Serve food & drink from the bar and diner
- Provide support and add value at every stage of the customer journey
- Work in the Kitchen as required
