About the Role

We are looking for several employees (full-time or part-time) for the maintenance workshops or component refurbishment departments of the U-Bahn maintenance division. Classification in the TV-N Berlin collective agreement is based on professional experience. We are the heartbeat of Berlin! Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work on U-Bahn vehicles and their components.
Maintain, repair, and inspect electrical and mechanical components, assemblies, and systems of U-Bahn vehicles.
Plan and control work processes, and take responsibility for controlling and evaluating results and their digital documentation.
Contribute to the creation of documents and work on the continuous improvement of processes and the quality of repairs.

Requirements

Completed vocational training (minimum three years) with an electrical engineering focus, e.g., Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable vocational training.
Secure German language skills in speaking and writing (C1 level).
Fitness for duty examination according to BOStrab during the hiring process.
