About the Role
We are looking for an employee for the field of planning and realization of tram and bus depots. The classification in the TV-N Berlin is based on professional experience. Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the holistic processing of new, conversion, and expansion projects of the BVG and coordinate internal and external project partners.
- You control the projects regarding deadlines, costs, and quality and create process and planning documents.
- You coordinate with authorities, pipeline operators, and third parties, participate in tenders, and develop traffic management concepts.
- Furthermore, you support project management and control internal project processes, e.g., in relation to purchasing and specialist departments.
- You accompany the commissioning, check invoices, and are responsible for the documentation and handover of the construction measure.
Requirements
- Completed degree* (Bachelor or Fachhochschulabschluss) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on many years of professional experience.
- Very good German language skills (minimum language level C1).
- A fitness to drive examination according to BOStrab will be part of the hiring process.
Skills
- Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., VOB, UVgO, VDI guidelines).
- Initial experience with CAD systems and SAP modules.
- Strong persuasive power and assertiveness.

Salary/Compensations
- 4.592,37€ - 5.106,13€ (Entgeltgruppe 11 TV-N Berlin)
