About the Role
The Vividus Akademie is expanding its nursing education program and is seeking a dedicated social worker/social pedagogue to provide socio-pedagogical support to nursing trainees. This role involves assisting trainees with personal, social, or training-related challenges to ensure successful completion of their education, working closely with instructors and the educational team.
Responsibilities
- Socio-pedagogical counseling and support for trainees during nursing education.
- Assistance with personal, social, training-related challenges, and conflicts.
- Promotion of learning motivation, social skills, and personal resources.
- Early identification of difficulties and development of measures to prevent dropout.
- Close collaboration with instructors and educational staff.
- Contribution to a respectful and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or a comparable socio-pedagogical qualification.
- Enjoyment of counseling and supporting trainees.
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
- Empathy and strong communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- Patience and sensitivity in dealing with diverse life situations and educational backgrounds.
- Intercultural competence and enjoyment of working with people from various backgrounds.
- Experience in socio-pedagogical support, educational work, or working with trainees is advantageous but not required.
