About the Role
The Vividus Academy is expanding its nursing education program. We are seeking a dedicated and professionally qualified individual to establish and provide pedagogical leadership for our nursing school, focusing on certified nursing assistants.
Responsibilities
- Establish and provide pedagogical leadership for the nursing school with a focus on certified nursing assistants.
- Develop and implement modern training concepts and curricula.
- Plan and coordinate theoretical and practical instruction.
- Provide professional and organizational coordination for instructors.
- Ensure and further develop pedagogical and professional quality.
- Collaborate with training institutions, cooperation partners, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Nursing pedagogical qualification in accordance with the requirements of § 2 BlnPflSchulAnerkV.
- Fulfillment of the requirements for nursing science, educational science, and teaching practice study components as regulated therein.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the legal framework for nursing education.
- Ideally, experience in lesson planning, school organization, or pedagogical leadership.
- Proficient use of digital teaching and learning media.
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in shaping new structures.
