About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Educator / Nursing Lecturer (m/f/d) for our nursing assistant training program. You will impart nursing knowledge and practical skills to our trainees, preparing them for their profession with a practical approach and supporting them throughout their training.
Responsibilities
- Conducting and designing practical lessons in nursing assistant training
- Imparting nursing-specific competencies and practical skills
- Preparing and following up on lessons
- Providing professional support and individual learning assistance to trainees
- Participating in practical support and lesson design
- Close collaboration with the pedagogical team
Requirements
- Relevant university degree with nursing education qualification or comparable qualification according to legal requirements
- Nursing professional qualification and fulfillment of the required professional and pedagogical prerequisites for a Berlin nursing school
- Professional practical experience and sound nursing knowledge
- Pedagogical skill and enjoyment of working with trainees and adults
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital teaching media
