About the Role

We are seeking a Staff or Senior Product Analyst to lead the data strategy for our Logistics Service product line. This role involves shaping the product's future through hypothesis testing, converting large datasets into strategic narratives, and automating customer support at scale. You will focus on areas like cost-efficient chatbots, agent productivity, automated problem resolution, or predictive models, balancing customer satisfaction with financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

Define and refine product metrics and leading indicators.
Use quantitative analysis to influence the product roadmap and guide decision-making.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
Drive the development of scalable analytics infrastructure and self-service capabilities.
Adapt the data stack and ways of working to incorporate Generative AI.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other analysts.
Act as a quality gatekeeper and champion a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
Experience in fast-paced tech environments or marketplaces is preferred.
Ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete analytics roadmaps.
Expert-level SQL skills with practical experience on large-scale data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
Solid Python skills for complex analytics and data visualization.
Proven ability to design, build, and optimize data pipelines.
Solid understanding of A/B test design and edge cases.
Proven track record of building actionable data stories and dashboards (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
