About the Role
In this role, you work closely with product, platform and engineering teams to strengthen security across the entire software development lifecycle. You help shape secure architectures, improve security processes and enable teams to build innovative products with confidence. At the same time, you stay on top of emerging technologies and bring new security approaches, including AI-related capabilities, into our products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to design and implement security solutions.
- Manage and analyze bug bounty findings and support teams in resolving identified risks.
- Train software engineers in vulnerability analysis, secure development practices and secure AI usage.
- Develop automated security testing procedures for code builds, deployments and delivery pipelines.
- Create and maintain guidelines for IT security, security testing and security tooling.
- Promote secure web application and cloud platform standards across products and teams.
- Communicate security risks and mitigation strategies while driving adoption of modern security technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in IT security.
- Focus on web application security or cloud infrastructure security.
- Experience in application development with modern programming languages, scripting languages and frameworks.
- Deep expertise in security challenges related to containers, distributed systems, large-scale web applications and AI systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics convincingly.
- Experience delivering talks, workshops and security awareness initiatives.
