About the Role
The Case Manager provides case management services to children through adults involved in mental health, substance/alcohol abuse, and/or the legal system, adhering to established protocols.
Requirements
- Must meet the requirements of the Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse / maltreatment of children.
- Must meet insurability guidelines and pass Motor Vehicle Record clearance.
- Experience in working within a multidisciplinary team.
