About the Role
Join our team to ensure the smooth operation of technology and IT systems, providing comfort for our guests. You will be instrumental in setting standards for a new, state-of-the-art property in London.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the functionality of equipment, lifts, and technical facilities.
- Track defects and arrange for appropriate repair and renovation work.
- Communicate and cooperate with external companies regarding maintenance.
- Conduct daily tours to identify and address hotel defects.
- Gain interdepartmental insights by working in multicultural teams.
Requirements
- Completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in trades or building maintenance, or seeking a career change.
- Open, communicative, and detail-oriented with an interest in technology.
- Flexible, creative, and possess an excellent sense of quality, even under stress.
- Team player willing to provide cross-departmental assistance.
- Previous experience in hotel or facilities management is ideal.
- Ability to operate within a small management team.
- Willingness to use initiative and make decisions confidently while ensuring compliance.
