About the Role
Astrid & Miyu is opening a new store in Williamsburg, New York, and is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to help bring the space to life. The mission is to create memorable moments through genuine connection, intentional service, and authentic presence, inspiring curiosity and creativity while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Responsibilities
- Host with warmth, intention, presence, and authenticity, creating meaningful experiences.
- Build genuine connections with customers, offering advice and styling guidance with empathy and care.
- Create memorable and inspiring moments aligned with experiential retail pillars.
- Bring curiosity and creativity to inspire meaningful customer experiences.
- Radiate positivity and enthusiasm, uplifting customers and team members.
- Take ownership of each experience, noticing details and shaping moments.
- Share product and material knowledge confidently with a self-led learning mindset.
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing values, driving loyalty through CRM, and connecting with the local community.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store success, living the mission and supporting one another.
Requirements
