About the Role
Simmons Adaptive is seeking senior repackaging lawyers to support a key client. This is a 6-month transactional role with three days per week expected in the London office. The ideal candidate will have strong repackaging experience, with additional experience in DCM and Derivatives.
Responsibilities
- Support a key client at Simmons & Simmons.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with repackaging experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- Experience in debt capital markets.
- Additional experience in derivatives, in particular Cleared Derivatives Execution Agreements, would be valued.
- Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
