About the Role
Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Manager to lead the Global Ads GTM Strategy & Operations team. This role is responsible for driving the effectiveness of the operating model for planning, testing, launching, driving adoption, and measuring the success of Ads products globally. You will ensure the successful execution and continuous improvement of GTM processes across a portfolio of approximately 200 Ads products, four sales channels, and three regions. You will also oversee product adoption goaling and performance reporting, ensure operational rigor, and develop new frameworks as business needs evolve. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science, and regional leadership to align priorities, drive accountability, and solve complex cross-functional challenges. You will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, and manage a team of five.
Responsibilities
- Own the global product adoption goaling methodology and performance management framework; partner with cross-functional teams to set measurable goals, report on performance, and drive actions that improve adoption and business outcomes.
- Drive the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of established GTM processes—including roadmap visibility, launch planning, product tiering, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement—to ensure consistent execution, clear accountability, and scalability.
- Oversee the global product testing process, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Data Science, PMM, and Sales to evaluate readiness, manage milestones, and inform commercialization decisions; evolve testing operations as products and business needs change.
- Identify, prioritize, and lead strategic initiatives that improve product adoption, revenue performance, and GTM effectiveness; develop data-driven recommendations and translate business priorities into plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own and optimize the tools, systems, and communications that support GTM planning, execution, and performance management; improve stakeholder visibility, workflows, and reporting through automation, AI, and stronger coordination.
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to senior leaders across Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, Sales Strategy & Operations, Data Science, and regional organizations; align priorities, reinforce accountability, and address challenges that affect GTM execution and business performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five responsible for GTM strategy, operations, adoption performance, and strategic initiatives; set clear priorities and high standards while balancing operational responsibilities with strategic work and fostering ownership, accountability, and growth.
Requirements
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business judgment, with the ability to connect product strategy, adoption, revenue performance, and GTM execution to broader business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to own and operate complex, business-critical processes with consistency, rigor, and accountability, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience developing and scaling new operating frameworks and processes to address evolving business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and process adoption while balancing operational discipline with speed and flexibility.
- Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to develop talent, set priorities, and build high-performing teams.
