Responsibilities
- Work as an individual contributor and team member by building and maintaining relationships.

- Balance cash drawers.

- Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Selected candidate(s) for hire must complete a criminal history report, global screen, drug screen, employment credit report and if applicable, a driving record prior to employment.
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, and raise and hold hands and arms overhead.
- Ability to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%).
Skills
- Previous banking or financial service experience
- 1 year of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- Educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
