About the Role
Join a dynamic team at 1. FC Union Berlin, one of Germany's largest football clubs, with over 70,000 members. Support our professional men's and women's teams playing in the 1. Bundesliga.
Responsibilities
- Handle all fan and customer inquiries (written and phone).
- Advise on all club offers, including memberships, merchandising, and ticketing.
- Prepare and execute advance ticket sales for home and away games.
- Process applications, complaints, and claims.
- Maintain the database.
- Collaborate closely with and support neighboring departments.
- Provide reception coverage at the Stadion an der Alten Försterei.
- Assist with matchday operations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training, or comparable professional experience in customer service.
- Initial experience in the above-mentioned tasks and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and football fans, and possess teamwork skills.
- "Hands-on mentality".
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
- Good English language skills.
