About the Role
NEUPLANER is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed buy-and-build platform in the German market. We acquire established regional tax advisory and auditing firms, consolidating them into a central group. Our team, comprised of professionals from Blackstone, Bain, KPMG, PwC, Kontist, and Klarna, combines entrepreneurial spirit with technological excellence. We are seeking support for the entire deal process, from initial analysis of target companies to contract finalization. Your analyses will form the basis for management and investor decisions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze potential acquisition targets, including market, competitor, and benchmark analyses.
- Prepare and support due diligence processes.
- Create analyses, investor committee presentations, and decision papers for management and investors.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders in the transaction process and collaborate directly with management on strategic issues.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing Master's degree in business, technical, or a comparable field, or nearing Bachelor's degree completion with excellent grades.
- Previous practical experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or similar fields.
- Independent and structured work style, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a commitment to continuous development.
