About the Role
NEUPLANER is building the tax firm of the future. As a fast-growing, private-equity-backed group, we acquire established regional tax and auditing firms in Germany and combine them on a central platform. We are looking for support for the entire deal process, from initial analysis of target companies to contract signing. Your analyses form the basis on which management and investors make decisions.
Responsibilities
- Deal-Sourcing: Identification and analysis of potential acquisition targets, including market, competitor, and benchmark analyses.
- Due Diligence: Preparation and support of due diligence processes.
- Decision Proposals: Creation of analyses, IC presentations, and decision proposals for management and investors.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordination of internal and external stakeholders in the transaction process and direct collaboration with our management on strategic issues.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing Master's degree with a business, technical, or comparable focus, or close to completing a Bachelor's degree with very good grades.
- Initial practical experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or comparable fields.
- Independent, structured way of working, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness for continuous development.
- Very good German and English language skills.
