About the Role
Lupa is building an AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents, aiming to replace fragmented systems with an intelligent platform for scheduling, client communication, clinical documentation, and AI-driven care guidance. This role offers a chance to join a rapidly growing, well-funded startup and shape its engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end across the full stack, from API design to React interfaces to database migrations.
- Ship real, user-facing product that reaches vets and pet owners every single day.
- Help shape how the engineering team works as the company scales.
- Collaborate closely with product and design, moving fast and debating well.
- Take on real ownership and responsibility from day one.
Requirements
- Engineering experience in tech and product-driven environments.
- A genuine track record of shipping user-facing features at pace in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience at a Series A/B startup, high-throughput B2B SaaS, or consumer tech business (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, AWS, or GitHub CI/CD (nice to have).
