About the Role
Join our team at the LEVEL Lounge in Meliá Berlin as a Service Employee (m/f/d). If you are passionate about hospitality and love providing exclusive experiences to guests with attentive service and genuine hospitality, this role is for you. We are looking for someone to ensure our guests feel completely at ease with their passion for first-class service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee smooth operations within your station.
- Process Function Sheets, including order placement.
- Monitor cleanliness and order in the restaurant and back office.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner.
- Provide professional and competent advice to discerning guests on food and beverage selection.
- Prepare and tidy the restaurant.
- Train new interns and apprentices in the lounge.
- Process billing and other financial transactions accurately and carefully.
Requirements
- Experience in gastronomy and hospitality.
- Team player.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Loyalty, flexibility, independence, and initiative.
- Good German and English language skills; Spanish skills are an advantage.
- Basic IT skills, MS Office (365 is an advantage).

- €30,984 - €36,696 gross annual salary (depending on qualifications)
