About the Role
Be a key contributor in implementing Artificial Intelligence for a global B2B player, working on exciting AI projects in logistics, trade, and internal analytics. This role offers long-term, in-house projects within a stable and successful company, with opportunities to learn from experts and receive individual training budgets.
Responsibilities
- Expand the company's AI capabilities.
- Serve as the primary contact for innovation, development, and optimization of central AI technologies, including cost and monitoring.
- Write software for AI implementation.
- Develop AI applications and advance RAG and agents.
- Define architecture and interfaces to company data and databases.
- Incorporate external service provider expertise.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and Compliance, implementing authorization concepts and security playbooks.
Requirements
- Reside and be registered in Germany (primary residence) and be willing to relocate to Berlin or already live in Berlin.
- Hold a Master's degree (preferably PhD) in Computer Science or another IT field.
- Possess at least 7 years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in one of the following roles: AI Solutions Engineer, Enterprise AI Architect, AI Platform Engineer, GenAI Developer, Generative AI Engineer, AI Software Engineer, AI Integrated Specialist, LLMOps Engineer, Fullstack AI Engineer, ML Engineer.
- Speak German at a C1 level (negotiation fluent) and English well.
- Be willing to come to the Berlin office at least twice a week.
