About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Product Operations Associate to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Product team. This role involves close collaboration with Product Designers, Engineering Squad Leads, and Customer Success to coordinate product development, facilitate customer research, and ensure seamless information flow. The associate will also support competitive research, product analytics, and communication of new features, with a strong emphasis on leveraging modern AI tools for productivity and automation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate information flow between Product Designers, Engineering Squad Leads, and other stakeholders.
- Track product initiatives, follow up on action items, and identify blockers.
- Arrange user interviews and ensure customer feedback reaches Product teams.
- Research competitor products, features, pricing, and market developments.
- Support investigations into customer performance and product usage using analytics and AI.
- Help prepare product release notes, feature announcements, and documentation.
- Continuously improve product development processes, documentation, and team communication.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analyze data, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related role.
- Exceptional proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, analysis, automation, and productivity.
- Fluent written and spoken English with outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- A genuine interest in technology, software products, and artificial intelligence.
