About the Role

As a Business Process Senior Consultant in our Global Delivery Hub MEE, you will help energy utility customers across Germany and the Middle & Eastern Europe (MEE) region adopt and leverage SAP S/4HANA Utilities. You will guide customers through the transformation from legacy systems to the next-generation SAP platform, with a key focus on the Measurement Concept Management (MCM) solution. You will design, configure, and optimize MCM-based processes and apply your expertise to discover, model, analyze, and optimize end-to-end utility business processes using AI-powered process mining tools.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize MCM-based processes.
Discover, model, analyze, and optimize end-to-end utility business processes.
Leverage AI-powered process mining tools to identify automation opportunities and drive data-driven process improvements.
Craft compelling customer value propositions demonstrating how SAP solutions address unique energy sector challenges.
Implement business process automation to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
Examine, understand, and improve workflows and procedures using techniques such as process mapping, data collection, and performance measurement.
Leverage AI-powered process mining tools to discover, analyze, and optimize business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design improvements using data-driven insights.
Utilize agentic AI tools in daily consulting work.
Engage in context engineering, AI-accelerated automation and prototyping, and validating the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
Drive AI adoption across organizations while building trust with customers and stakeholders and consistently meeting their needs.
Analyze complex challenges and develop practical, innovative solutions.

Requirements

Proven ability to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, and optimize business processes using established methodologies.
Ability to craft compelling customer value propositions that differentiate offerings, attract and retain customers, and drive business growth through effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.
Significant consulting experience in the energy and utilities industry, ideally with SAP IS-U and/or SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
Deep working knowledge of Measurement Concept Management (MCM) as a cloud component of SAP Cloud for Utilities Foundation.
Fluent in English and a professional German language skill is mandatory.
