Responsibilities
- Support specialist consents management functions.
- Implement effective consents frameworks and strategies.
- Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
- Manage risks, reporting, governance, and performance.
- Develop strategies, processes, tools, and tracking KPIs.
- Manage integration, resourcing, and junior team development.
- Drive compliance, collaboration, and net zero carbon objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience (or equivalent) supporting the delivery of consents management services on major construction programmes/portfolios.
- Progress towards chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., Royal Town Planning Institute and/or National Infrastructure Planning Association).
