About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Designer driven by creative excellence, with expertise across the entire design process. This role requires strong conceptual, creative, and communication skills to develop and execute exceptional design work. You will shape creative direction, mentor junior designers, and ensure projects are delivered with high craft and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling creative possibilities from concept to delivery, including presentation creation and narrative.
- Inform the strategic approach using cultural insights and inspire senior team members.
- Think holistically about creative solutions beyond visual outcomes and communicate this thought process effectively.
- Demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking, and innovative creative solutions with a strong conceptual point of view.
- Be accountable for the sign-off of artwork.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all creative work, upholding exceptional creative standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Design Directors to review and plan design resource allocation for projects.
- Manage the career growth of designers within the team, providing developmental feedback and support.
- Participate in recruiting new design talent, leading interviews and involvement in immersion programs.
Requirements
- Guide, nurture, and inspire junior team members to ensure excellent creative output and project success.
- Delegate responsibility and provide autonomy to ensure efficient project execution.
- Respond professionally and accurately to client feedback to exceed expectations.
- Cultivate partnerships with Project Managers to ensure team unity and transparency.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and work with the Finance Team to deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.
- Confidently lead client presentations in an engaging and eloquent manner.
- Articulate your point of view clearly through verbal, written, and creative methods.
- Bring insight, opinions, and a broad cultural perspective to positively influence creative outcomes.
