About the Role

&Open is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to be the on-site representative at a 3PL fulfillment facility in the Chattanooga area. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and issue resolution. The position also involves cross-training for Customer Support and acting as a liaison with an Australian 3PL partner, facilitating 24/7 warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Act as &Open’s on-site presence at the 3PL partner’s facility, building relationships and escalating issues.
Oversee inbound receiving, including tracking ASNs, verifying deliveries, and accurate WMS stock booking.
Manage inventory accuracy through spot checks, cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and reconciliation.
Monitor outbound orders against shipping SLAs, identify delays, and ensure resolution.
Perform quality checks on kitting, assembly, and bulk orders before shipment.
Resolve delivery exceptions with carriers and the warehouse.
Provide Customer Support coverage during US hours.
Maintain data accuracy across systems (WMS, Odoo, ClickUp) and assist with warehouse performance reporting.
Support projects like stock moves, peak planning, process improvements, and teammate coverage.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination.
Hands-on experience working with or inside a 3PL, with the ability to hold partners accountable.
Experience with WMS and order management systems.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Customer-focused mindset; customer service experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.
Clear communication skills for independent and team-based work across different locations.
Comfortable working on a warehouse floor, including standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work some later hours or extra on-site days during peak periods.
Reside within commuting distance of Chattanooga, TN.
Possess reliable transportation.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
