About the Role
In this role, you will advise companies on transfer pricing, developing solutions for global business activities and minimizing risks. Our team assists clients in complying with local and global transfer pricing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of value chains and business models to derive transfer pricing implications.
- Advise international clients on transfer pricing from strategic, process-oriented, tax, and economic perspectives.
- Prepare tax expert opinions on transfer pricing, applying economic understanding.
- Support the defense of transfer prices in tax audits and international arbitration and mutual agreement proceedings.
- Conduct business, tax, and economic analyses for cross-border transactions, including competitive analyses.
- Drive change management processes and promote innovative solutions through agile working methods.
Requirements
- Studies in Economics.
- Initial practical experience, e.g., through an internship.
- Subject matter expertise in taxes, corporate governance, controlling, and accounting is advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Continuous willingness to deepen technical knowledge (e.g., databases, artificial intelligence).
- Ideally, knowledge in market/industry analysis, micro/industrial economics, financial economics, investment, and financing.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility in terms of time and location.
