About the Role
Lupa is building an AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents, aiming to replace fragmented systems with an intelligent platform for scheduling, client communication, clinical documentation, and AI-driven care guidance. This role involves owning product areas end-to-end, defining and driving the roadmap, and working at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through to shipping, measuring, and iterating in production
- Define and drive the roadmap for your domain, making hard prioritisation calls
- Work at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS, defining how LLM-powered features are embedded into clinical and operational workflows
- Run discovery loops with customers, translating real-world problems into product decisions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship fast without sacrificing quality
- Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches
- Define success metrics for every initiative and hold yourself accountable
- Contribute to the product team's operating processes and help shape them
Requirements
- Solid background as a PM at a SaaS company, ideally building 0-1 products in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
- Experience shipping AI-powered features, understanding LLM capabilities and limitations
- Track record of owning a roadmap and making difficult trade-offs under constraints
- Strong technical fluency to engage meaningfully in architectural conversations
- Experience in health-tech, vertical SaaS, or a regulated industry (nice to have)
- Background at a FAANG company or high-growth VC-backed startup (nice to have)
