About the Role
As a Mechanic (m/f/d) for Maintenance and Repair at KSB, you will support our team in exciting projects and contribute your skills directly at our customers' sites. This role is ideal for individuals with manual dexterity, a desire for independent work, and an interest in varied tasks.
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintenance, installation, and servicing of rotating equipment such as pumps, valves, fans, compressors, and turbines, both in the workshop and at customer sites.
- Disassembly and assembly of components and systems.
- Testing and quality assurance of serviced products for dimensional accuracy and functionality.
- Support with general workshop tasks including transport, cleaning, and painting.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade.
- Valid driver's license (Class B), as customer site visits are part of the job.
- Ideally, a crane operator license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Independent, reliable, flexible, customer-oriented demeanor, and enjoyment of customer interaction.
