About the Role
Eiffage Infra-Rail GmbH is seeking a Construction Manager for Track Construction (m/w/d) for their Berlin branch. This is a permanent, full-time position starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Assume independent and self-reliant construction management on nationwide construction sites.
- Conduct work preparation, planning, and billing for construction projects.
- Coordinate all parties involved in the construction project (own personnel, ARGE partners, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).
- Control and monitor performance regarding costs, deadlines, and quality.
- Prepare and submit change orders promptly.
- Coordinate with project and branch management.
- Ensure safety, health, and environmental protection.
Requirements
- Completed civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Initial experience in site management in track construction.
- User knowledge in construction cost calculation software, ideally RIB iTWO, proficient use of MS Office programs.
- Willingness to travel for assembly, and a Class B driver's license.
- Good organizational skills, independence, initiative, and goal-oriented action.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
