About the Role

We are looking for an employee for the Planning and Realization of Tram and Bus Depots department. The classification in the TV-N Berlin will be based on professional experience. Responsibilities

You are responsible for the holistic processing of new, modification, and expansion projects of the BVG and coordinate internal and external project partners.
You manage the projects regarding deadlines, costs, and quality and create process and planning documents.
You coordinate with authorities, utility companies, and third parties, participate in tenders, and develop traffic management concepts.
You support project management and manage internal project processes, e.g., towards purchasing and specialist departments.
You accompany the commissioning, check invoices, and are responsible for the documentation and handover of the construction measure.

Requirements

Completed studies* (Bachelor or Fachhochschulabschluss) in Civil Engineering, Structural/Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on many years of professional experience.
Very good German language skills (minimum language level C1).
A fitness to work examination according to BOStrab will be part of the hiring process.
Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., VOB, UVgO, VDI guidelines).
Initial experience with CAD systems and SAP modules.
Strong persuasive power and assertiveness.
