About the Role
Circit is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to own and scale the client-bank onboarding process. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients and banks, and developing repeatable processes to support company growth. The goal is to complete 100 client-bank onboardings in the first 12 months, with the potential to build and lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding pipeline from kick-off to first live data.
- Manage multiple client-bank onboarding projects concurrently.
- Set timelines, track milestones, and maintain risk and issue logs.
- Report project status weekly to clients, auditors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate API access requests between clients and their banks.
- Follow up with banks on agreements, entitlements, and credentials.
- Oversee new bank implementations with engineering and bank technical teams.
- Track testing and sign-off for new bank integrations.
- Plan onboardings to align with the audit calendar.
- Standardize and scale the onboarding process by updating checklists and guides.
- Measure time-to-live and identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide feedback on client and bank challenges to Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Based in the US and able to work US business hours.
- 4+ years of project management experience (implementation, onboarding, integration) with external clients.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to follow up politely and persistently.
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical steps simply.
- Organized and process-minded, with a focus on documentation and repeatability.
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
