Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product execution from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
- Design and ship AI-native experiences, including agentic teammates that perform real work for customers.
- Define the meaning of "agentic" within your product area.
- Shape the product roadmap with bold, well-reasoned bets grounded in market insight, customer needs, and business impact.
- Iterate on a weekly cadence, analyze results, and pivot based on data.
- Conduct in-depth market, competition, and customer pain point analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Align Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams around ambitious goals and maintain high velocity.
- Build scalable systems using AI to automate research synthesis, analysis, and delivery.
- Communicate strategy, priorities, and learnings clearly to all stakeholders, from executives to frontline teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at high-growth technology companies building multi-user or collaborative products.
- Proven track record of taking products from inception to launch.
- Experience shipping AI or ML-powered features or redesigning team processes around AI tooling.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI capabilities and experience building with it.
- Ability to default to action, set direction, and iterate rapidly.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to understand user problems and business opportunities.
- Ability to define a clear product vision.
- Fluency in technical and design conversations.
- Comfort working collaboratively with engineers and designers.
- An AI-forward profile with a commitment to staying current on emerging tools and championing experimentation.
- Genuine empathy for small business owners and a drive to understand their needs deeply.
- Must be commutable to the NYC headquarters for in-person work.
