About the Role
This is a true 0→1 product role where you'll work directly with founders, researchers, engineers, and early users to define and build products. You will have substantial ownership over product strategy and execution, from identifying use cases and user research to defining product experiences, shipping products, and iterating based on feedback. The ideal candidate enjoys building and is not just managing a roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own products from 0→1, identifying opportunities, defining product direction, and taking ideas from early concepts to products that real users rely on.
- Work directly with founders to shape product strategy, identify promising initial markets, and make prioritization decisions.
- Conduct user research, understand workflows and pain points, and translate observations into concrete product decisions.
- Understand underlying technology, navigate technical tradeoffs, and work hands-on with engineers and researchers to bring products to life.
- Design experiments, launch products, analyze usage and feedback, and continuously improve the experience.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through launch, onboarding, adoption, and growth.
- Help establish the product culture as the first PM.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 0→1 experience, having personally taken a product or feature from an idea to user adoption.
- Strong technical fluency, comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical systems.
- Exceptional product judgment, with the ability to identify meaningful problems and opportunities.
- High agency and ownership, comfortable operating independently and figuring things out.
- Strong execution with a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating.
- Intellectual curiosity about emerging AI capabilities.
- Clear communication skills for explaining complex ideas and working across teams.
- Experience building developer tools, technical infrastructure, or AI products is a strong plus.
- Experience as an early startup employee, founding PM, product engineer, or founder is especially relevant.
