Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring quality service and providing information.
- Oversee the smooth running of activities while adhering to safety and service standards.
- Greet, guide, and inform customers courteously and professionally.
- Provide information about activities, schedules, pricing, and access conditions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Sell snacks and drinks at the bar.
- Handle participant registrations, including creating badges and team names.
- Manage reservations and cancellations through the booking system.
- Process payments.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises.
- Oversee the proper functioning of game rooms.
- Manage inventory and stock levels.
Requirements
