About the Role
The focus of your work is the renovation, repair, and preparation of vacant apartments for subsequent re-rental. Additionally, there is the opportunity to carry out general repair and maintenance work in occupied apartments and commercial properties, as well as to attend customer appointments with tenants on-site.
Responsibilities
- Professional renovation, repair, and preparation of vacant apartments for re-rental
- Carrying out general repair, maintenance, and renovation work in residential and commercial properties
- Cross-trade craft work in various areas, e.g., painting, varnishing, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and drywall work, as well as other tasks in the residential sector
- Undertaking minor repairs and craft activities in the occupied property portfolio, according to individual knowledge and skills
- Eliminating signs of wear and damage, as well as maintaining and preserving the value of properties, both indoors and outdoors
- Independent error analysis and solution-oriented execution of work on-site, potentially including customer appointments with tenants
- Documentation of executed work and identification and procurement of necessary materials
- Friendly and professional communication with tenants and on-site contacts
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a trade, e.g., as a carpenter, painter and varnisher, tiler, floor layer, drywaller, bricklayer, or in a comparable trade
- Alternatively, several years of practical professional experience in renovation, refurbishment, construction, or maintenance
- Ideally, experience with the preparation and renovation of apartments
- Manual dexterity and willingness to work across trades
- Independent, reliable, and meticulous work style
- Teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Driver's license class B
