About the Role
We're looking for a founding ops hire. This person is a generalist who can help build internal processes as we scale. You will be responsible for business operations, finance, and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and a self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Take on strategic projects and own them end to end
- Oversee the finance and reporting function
- Keep us compliant, from paperwork to processes
- Own and develop internal processes as we scale across multiple functions
Requirements
- Clear and strong communicator
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple projects
- Bias toward action
- Experience in a previous ops role, or in consulting or banking, is a plus
Location
- SoHo office

- In person 5 days a week
Salary/Compensations
- $110,000-$150,000
