About the Role
This is an open position in the corporate transformation domain based in the Kansai region. We support transformation across management, operations, organization, and technology, starting from clients' management and business challenges, regardless of industry or region. We consistently engage from strategy and concept development to operational reform, execution utilizing digital technology, and stabilization, driving the improvement of corporate value and business growth. The assigned department will be determined based on your preferences and experience. We encourage applications from those who are unsure about which role to apply for or wish to work based in Kansai.
Responsibilities
- Analyze management and business challenges and formulate transformation themes.
- Formulate and support the execution of concepts related to business strategy, new business, operational reform, and organizational change.
- Formulate transformation concepts utilizing data, AI, cloud, etc.
- Plan and support the implementation of mechanisms and solutions that connect business requirements with technology.
- Plan, promote, and manage company-wide transformation programs and large-scale projects.
- Support the execution and stabilization of transformations in collaboration with management, business units, operations units, IT departments, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in one of the following:
- Business experience at a consulting firm.
- Experience in corporate planning, business planning, operational reform, or digital transformation at a company.
- Experience in IT consulting or system implementation projects.
- Experience in system development from requirements definition to implementation.
- Experience in operations or projects utilizing data analysis, artificial intelligence, cloud, etc.
- Business level or higher Japanese proficiency.
- Ability to logically organize issues and consider solutions.
- Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive projects.
- Possess specialized knowledge in any industry.
Skills
- Logical problem-solving and solution development.
- Collaborative project management and communication.
- Data analysis, AI, or cloud knowledge.
- Business experience using English.
