About the Role
As a Sales Leader, you will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring top store standards, training staff, and engaging customers to create an outstanding brand experience. This part-time position requires approximately 15-32 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist with and lead Visual Merchandise changes according to company guidelines.
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and goals, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Motivate the team through performance recognition and assist with new hire training.
- Ensure store compliance with all Provincial and Federal laws.
- Execute store events and work with marketing materials to increase community involvement.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of retail sales experience.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to train, delegate, and motivate effectively.
- Team-oriented spirit with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
- Mandarin and Cantonese are an asset.
