Responsibilities
- Co-leading our property management team, providing both technical and disciplinary leadership.
- Supporting and acting as a sparring partner for the department head.
- Independently managing and overseeing a personal portfolio of residential properties.
- Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance and repair activities.
- Processing and handling insurance claims in collaboration with the in-house insurance department.
- Implementing rent increases for both market-rate and subsidized housing.
- Collaborating closely with owners, owner representatives, and internal departments.
- Contributing to the further development and optimization of our property management processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a real estate agent (m/f/d), or further training as a real estate specialist (m/f/d).
- Several years of professional experience in residential property management.
- Very good knowledge of residential property management processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and structured working skills.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Leadership experience, confident demeanor, and a good sense for people and situations.
