About the Role
You want to actively shape digital products and enjoy translating complex requirements into well-thought-out software solutions? Are you interested in real estate valuation and want to continuously develop our real estate valuation software LORA together with an agile development team? Then you are exactly right with us!
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate requirements and business processes of our customers from the real estate, banking, and insurance sectors.
- Develop new product ideas and features for LORA and contribute your own impulses to the further development of the software.
- Translate customer requirements and product ideas into technical concepts and concrete requirements for development.
- Accompany new requirements and features from the initial idea through conception to implementation.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and ensure that requirements are described clearly and comprehensibly.
- Coordinate regularly with customers, internal stakeholders, and the development team.
- Actively participate in the further development of LORA as part of our agile SCRUM team.
- Support the development team with technical questions and ensure that customer requirements are translated into suitable solutions.
- Contribute with your ideas to the continuous improvement of LORA and the underlying processes.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have 2-3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, in Product Management, or in a comparable role.
- You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Real Estate Management, Economics, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, or have a comparable qualification in the financial, real estate, or insurance sector.
- Ideally, you already have experience or points of contact with real estate valuation, real estate financing, or software solutions in the real estate sector.
- You enjoy analyzing business processes, structuring requirements, and developing concrete solutions from them.
- You are IT-savvy, interested in software, and ideally have basic knowledge of web applications and apps.
- You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner, and at the same time bring creativity and openness to new ideas.
- Communication and collaboration with various stakeholders and development teams are among your strengths.
- Very good German language skills at C1 level are required for this position; good English language skills round off your profile.
