About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the clinical launch of our new infusion centers. This part-time role is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and support through the launch of our new centers. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.)
- Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective delivery of care through order clarification, patient status, and plan of care communication
- Resolve clinical escalations, in accordance with policies and procedures
- Prescribe select medication in accordance with patient needs and clinical protocols, evidence based standards, and organizational policies
- Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation
- Ensure clinical quality & compliance across region through clinical supervision and oversight, chart auditing, and Letters of Medical Necessity
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
- Strong clinical judgment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
