About the Role
We are looking for a founding sales hire who operates more like an entrepreneur/business owner to help us scale from our first deployments to 1,000 robots in the field.
Responsibilities
- Finds a way to get things done.
- Takes responsibility for results and does whatever it takes to deliver.
- Navigates complicated organizations and turns conversations into signed contracts with a high sense of urgency.
- Learns quickly, understands how our robots work, and can have credible conversations with both warehouse operators and engineering teams.
- Walks a warehouse floor, figures out where robots can add value, and works alongside our engineers to get deployments across the finish line.
- Drives the first 1,000 robot deployments and builds the sales organization that takes us to 10,000.
