About the Role
The ED Medical Assistant provides constant observation to assigned patients, assists with direct patient care, and safely transports patients to and from the department according to departmental protocols. This role promotes and protects patient safety and involves interaction with patients and families.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- BLS certification upon hire required.
- Phlebotomy, EKG skills required.
- EMT/Paramedic or completion of an MA program required.
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication and Computer skills required.
- 2 years ER experience preferred.
