About the Role
Side International Japan is seeking a Sound Coordinator to manage the voice-over process for Japanese versions of overseas video games. This role is crucial for managing projects from initial planning through final delivery, coordinating schedules, casting voice actors, arranging recording sessions, and overseeing project execution with internal audio teams. No prior industry experience is required, as we hire for potential.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent graduates and second-career graduates are welcome to apply
- Interested in the behind-the-scenes aspects of content production and can picture the recording studio environment
- Enjoy video games, movies, storytelling, or reading
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Experience with project coordination or schedule management
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with a wide variety of people
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- TOEIC score of 700 or above
- Experience managing projects and coordinating schedules as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong Excel skills, including data management using formulas
- Ability to communicate professionally in English through business emails and written correspondence
