About the Role

EA SPORTS FC™ Online is seeking a Data Producer to design player stats and in-game economy, reporting to the Lead Producer. This role is crucial for creating engaging player experiences based on real football data and stories.

Responsibilities

Design detailed player stats that closely mirror real football data and apply them.
Discover compelling elements from football trends, tactics, and history to create new player classes and themed content.
Lead the entire production process for new player classes, from concept to final stats and balance.
Analyze the impact of player classes and content on in-game meta, user squads, and live service metrics, and continuously improve balance and marketability.
Collaborate closely with publishing partners and internal teams (development, art, QA) in global live service regions (Korea, China, Southeast Asia) to deliver high-quality player assets and live updates.

Requirements

Deep understanding and analytical skills regarding real football players, domestic/international leagues, tactics, and current trends.
Expertise in in-game character/item balancing and data design, with a strong understanding of game monetization structures.
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) for handling large player databases and performing quantitative feature analysis.
Logical communication and documentation skills for clear interaction with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Business-level English communication skills for smooth collaboration with global partners (publishers, etc.).
