About the Role

We are looking for your talent as an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to grow together. You have a real feel for people and can keep an overview even with many appointments? You enjoy finding the right talents and ensuring they feel comfortable with us from day one? Then you are exactly right with us!

Responsibilities

• You will accompany the entire recruiting process, from clarifying requirements with the departments to the pre-selection and contract signing.
• You will create appealing job advertisements and publish them on the appropriate channels such as job portals, social media, and our career page.
• You will conduct telephone interviews and job interviews and coordinate appointments between applicants and managers.
• You will plan and coordinate employee, feedback, target, and development discussions, prepare documents, and follow up to ensure agreed measures are implemented.
• You will ensure that new colleagues have a successful start with us.
• You are the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related questions.
• You will maintain personnel files and our applicant management system.
• You will support measures that make us visible as an employer, for example at trade fairs or university collaborations.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR, Business, Psychology, or similar, or have a commercial apprenticeship with further training in the HR field.
• You have several years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on recruiting.
• You are a strong communicator and have very good German language skills (at least C1).
• You have experience in conducting interviews and are confident in handling sensitive HR topics.
• You work in a structured, organized, and solution-oriented manner and tackle issues independently.
• You handle confidential data discreetly and responsibly.
• You are proficient in using MS Office.
• Ideally, you also have experience with applicant management or HR software.
• Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of labor law.
• Ideally, you also have experience in recruiting IT specialists.
• Ideally, you also have experience with active sourcing, e.g., via LinkedIn or XING.
• Ideally, you also have good English language skills.
